Mapo Tofu (麻婆豆腐)

Ingredients:
- 2 cartons soft tofu
- 1/2 lb ground pork
- 1/2 head minced garlic
- 2 sprigs green onion
- Dou Ban Jiang bean paste (豆瓣酱)
- Soy sauce/Sesame oil
- Sugar/Salt/White pepper
- Cornstarch
Directions:
- Heat wok over medium heat
- Stir fry ground pork until semi-cooked (white color)
- Add sugar/soy sauce/garlic/dou ban jiang to ground pork (flavor to taste)
- Add soft tofu
- Add a bit of water
- Bring to boil
- Add cornstarch slurry
- Turn off heat
- Add white pepper/green onion
- Add a bit more soy sauce/sesame oil to finish
