Ingredients:
2 cartons soft tofu
1/2 lb ground pork
1/2 head minced garlic
2 sprigs green onion
Dou Ban Jiang bean paste (豆瓣酱)
Soy sauce/Sesame oil
Sugar/Salt/White pepper
Cornstarch
Directions:
Heat wok over medium heat
Stir fry ground pork until semi-cooked (white color)
Add sugar/soy sauce/garlic/dou ban jiang to ground pork (flavor to taste)
Add soft tofu
Add a bit of water
Bring to boil
Add cornstarch slurry
Turn off heat
Add white pepper/green onion
Add a bit more soy sauce/sesame oil to finish
